Ingredients

1 iece (1/2 package) puff pastry dough
2 green zucchini, sliced very thin
2 Tofurkey Italian style vegetarian hot dogs, sliced thin
fesh dill
stone ground mustard
mayo

Directions

Allow puff pastry to defrost. Roll it out thinner to create a larger surface area.
Mark as complete

Spread a spoonful of mayo and stone ground mustard over the whole area, and then sprinkle with fresh dill pieces or dried dill.

Layer zucchini and Tofurkey slices over the dough, roll up, and season with everything spice
