Ingredients

1cup farro (or pearled barley)
2 1/2cups water or broth
2tbsp olive oil
2-3tbsp chopped parsley (or Dorot cubes)
1tbsp lemon juice
salt

Directions

1.
Simmer farro in water for 25–30 minutes until tender.
Mark as complete

Drain if needed.
Mark as complete
3.
Toss with oil, herbs, lemon, and salt.
Mark as complete
