| 1cup farro (or pearled barley) | |
| 2 1/2cups water or broth | |
| 2tbsp olive oil | |
| 2-3tbsp chopped parsley (or Dorot cubes) | |
| 1tbsp lemon juice | |
| salt |
Directions
1.
Simmer farro in water for 25–30 minutes until tender.
Mark as complete

Drain if needed.
Mark as complete

Toss with oil, herbs, lemon, and salt.
