Ingredients

2pounds French-cut green beans (thin, with pointy ends)
Toasted sesame oil
Kosher salt
Water

Directions

1.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil.

Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain immediately and rinse with cold water, or immerse in an ice bath to stop cooking.

Pat dry and drizzle with toasted sesame oil while still warm.
