| ¼cup olive oil | |
| 1½tablespoons Cajun blackened spice |
Homemade Cajun Blackened Spice (Optional):
| 1tsp fine sea salt | |
| 1tsp paprika | |
| 1tsp basil | |
| 1tsp dehydrated onion | |
| 1tsp dehydrated garlic | |
| 1tsp brown sugar | |
| ½tsp ground mustard | |
| ½tsp black pepper | |
| ½tsp natural smoke flavor |
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper.
