2-3 lb salmon, skin on
3tbsp olive oil
2tbsp fresh lemon juice
1tsp lemon zest
1rsp lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
2tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
1-2tsp honey (optional)
salt
pepper

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mark as complete

Place salmon on lined baking sheet.
Mark as complete

Mix oil, citrus, garlic, herbs, honey, salt, pepper.
Mark as complete

Spread over salmon.
Mark as complete

Bake 12–18 minutes until just cooked through.
