Ingredients

2lbs rainbow carrots, peeled or scrubbed
3tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp maple syrup
1-2tsp olive oil
1-2tsp chili flakes (to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 small clove, minced)
1tbsp lime juice
1/2tsp salt

Directions

1.
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Mark as complete

Toss with carrots before roasting.

Roast at 425°F until caramelized, 25–35 minutes.
