| 2lbs rainbow carrots, peeled or scrubbed | |
| 3tbsp maple syrup | |
| 1tbsp maple syrup | |
| 1-2tsp olive oil | |
| 1-2tsp chili flakes (to taste) | |
| 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1 small clove, minced) | |
| 1tbsp lime juice | |
| 1/2tsp salt |
Directions
1.
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.

Toss with carrots before roasting.
