| 2cups heavy cream | |
| 3/4cups granulated sugar | |
| lemon zest | |
| 1tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste | |
| 8tbsp lemon juice |
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla bean paste.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar.
