2 pieces Chilean sea bass
¼cup olive oil
tablespoons Cajun blackened spice
Homemade Cajun Blackened Spice (Optional):
1tsp fine sea salt
1tsp paprika
1tsp basil
1tsp dehydrated onion
1tsp dehydrated garlic
1tsp brown sugar
½tsp ground mustard
½tsp black pepper
½tsp natural smoke flavor

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix the olive oil and Cajun spice to create a paste.

Use a pastry brush to coat the fish generously with the paste
