Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse

| 1lb silken tofu | |
| 1Box instant chocolate pudding | |
| ¾cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter | |
| 1½ cups vanilla almond or soy milk |
Directions
1.
Place all ingredients except the milk into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Mark as complete

Gradually add the almond or soy milk and process until fully combined.
For a thinner consistency, add more milk as needed.
Mark as complete

Serve in a chocolate or graham cracker crust, or in individual dessert cups.

Use So Delicious whipped topping and shaved chocolate and/or crushed candied peanuts to garnish. (put peanuts on right before serving so they stay crunchy!)
